Returns:

We recommend that you inform us of your intent to return an item before sending it back. Contact our Returns department at returns@holylandgifts.com., please specify your order confirmation number in the subject line, or call us at 772-781–0874. We ask that you include a phone number and a return address with all returned merchandise.

Return merchandise within two weeks of delivery for replacement, credit or full refund (excluding Shipping & Handling costs).

Product must be returned to us in its original condition, with the original sales slip.

Product must be returned in its original boxing.

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmations from Holy Land Gifts. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

A sales tax of 7% is added to all orders originating in Florida. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Florida.
